Oh dear. It had to happen eventually, and today was the day. Heather had her first experience with a leash today, being big enough to walk to the Vet’s for her 12-week shot under her own steam. I think she would have protested just as much if we were going to a doggy playground, [...] We’ve only just arrived back from the Vet’s, with news that all the kids are in great shape. The boys have all their equipment All have now exceeded 10x their birth weights, and some by a considerable margin. Brave little Heather went first, followed by her brothers in order. The pups had their metered doses of the worming suspension today (a few days after their C4 vaccination shots) a bit late, but to stop any double-jeopardy interaction between the two. It was already ‘nap’ time, so they won’t [...] The pups had a day out of the house today, visiting Auntie Jacqui’s for a photoshoot and the vet for a 6-week healthcheck and C4 vaccination. If only they were as compliant in the morning as they were at the vets! [...] |
